General Assclown
I'm in. I'm new to One Piece so I might accidently post a StrawHat Crew pic and in advance, I'm sorry. Update - Heres my card. I paid the fee. Effect - This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 2 Warrior-Type Monsters from your field. During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 "Red Hair Counter" on this card (Max. 4). A "Red Hair Counter" increases a monsters ATK by 200. Once per turn, activate one of the following effects:- During your Main Phase 2, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Monster from your Deck. - Tribute 1 Warrior-Type Monster on your field and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to half of the Original ATK of the tributed monster. Remove from play the tributed card at the End Phase. Effect - This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card can only be Normal Summoned by tributing 1 FIRE Monster and 1 Warrior-Type Monster. During each of your Standby Phases, inflict 700 damage to your Opponent. Mysterium Tremendum
I'll enter, Don't see much of One Piece anymore on Toonami.Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Tributing 3 face-up monsters you control with "Servant of Eneru" in their name. This card is not destroyed by battle, Damage Calculation is reduced to 0. Once per turn during your Standby Phase, you can look at 1 card in your opponent's hand. If it is a Monster Card, place 1 Thunder counter on this card, If it is not, this card is destroyed. By removing 3 Thunder counters from this card during your Battle Phase, your opponent must discard every card in his/her hand. Lore:This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by removing 2 LIGHT and 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you can negate the card effect of 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls. If this face-up card is the only card you control on the field during your Battle Phase, you can flip a coin. If it is heads, destroy up to 3 face-up monsters your opponent controls on his/her field. If it is tails, this card is destroyed instead and you take Direct Damage equal to the amount of occupied Spell & Trap Card Zones on your opponent's field x 1000. Reason I chose these 2 was the recurring theme of the Battles, Eneru with MantraAnd Rob Lucci with Rokushiki outside of their Devil Fruitsand for those of you who ask "Why is Rob Lucci a Beast-Type", It is because of his Devil Fruit. Gundamblast
Do you realize that Rob Lucci isn't the leader of CP9? Lucci is just the strongest CP9 member. Spandam is the leader.
rokusho87
Rob Lucci is the leader the of CP9, Spandam just commends the CP9 but he is not part of it.

Gundamblast
Rob Lucci is the leader the of CP9' date=' Spandam just commends the CP9 but he is not part of it.[/quote'] I've got proof:Spandam (スパンダム, Supandamu) is the leader of CP9, and the former leader of CP5. As the leader of CP5 he attempted to retrieve the blueprints of the weapon Pluton from the shipwright Tom. When Tom refused, Spandam framed him by using Franky's battleships on a judiciary ship, making it seem like Tom and his apprentices Franky and Iceburg were the culprits. In the end though, Spandam was outsmarted, as Tom safely hid the plans away, and only got a very scarred face for his trouble. As the leader of CP9, he ordered the capture of Franky and Nico Robin, and had them taken to Enies Lobby to finish what he started years ago. This is straight from http://domas-cool.blogspot.com/2008/04/cp9.html

He is also mentioned to be the weakest of the CP9 and is director in title only. Rob Lucci is proclaimed to be the strongest of the CP9 and a lot of discussion has taken place over who is the true Leader of CP9. Nice Try, But I believe I will keep my card just the way it is. →мαthєus.
Here are my cards you'll like em ^^

When this card battles a monster with an ATK higher than this card's ATK; you can switch this card with a "Wild Beast Chopper" from your hand (only if you have one in your hand ). If this card successfuly return to the field by the effect of "Wild Beast Chopper", increase this card's ATK and DEF by 200. When this card return to its owner's hand by its effect, this card cannot be destroyed by the effect of Spell, Trap or Effect-Monster cards (only if it is in its owner's hand).

This card can only be summoned by the effect of "Chopper, the Little Pirate". The battle is not canceled. This card battles instead of "Chopper, the Little Pirate". At the Main Phase 2 of the turn this card is summoned, return it to your hand an replace it with a "Chopper, the Little Pirate" in your hand.
