Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Tributing 3 face-up monsters you control with "Servant of Eneru" in their name. This card is not destroyed by battle, Damage Calculation is reduced to 0. Once per turn during your Standby Phase, you can look at 1 card in your opponent's hand. If it is a Monster Card, place 1 Thunder counter on this card, If it is not, this card is destroyed. By removing 3 Thunder counters from this card during your Battle Phase, your opponent must discard every card in his/her hand.

Lore:

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by removing 2 LIGHT and 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you can negate the card effect of 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls. If this face-up card is the only card you control on the field during your Battle Phase, you can flip a coin. If it is heads, destroy up to 3 face-up monsters your opponent controls on his/her field. If it is tails, this card is destroyed instead and you take Direct Damage equal to the amount of occupied Spell & Trap Card Zones on your opponent's field x 1000.

Reason I chose these 2 was the recurring theme of the Battles,

Eneru with Mantra

And Rob Lucci with Rokushiki outside of their Devil Fruits

and for those of you who ask "Why is Rob Lucci a Beast-Type", It is because of his Devil Fruit.

Rob Lucci is the leader the of CP9' date=' Spandam just commends the CP9 but he is not part of it.

[/quote']

I've got proof:Spandam (スパンダム, Supandamu) is the leader of CP9, and the former leader of CP5. As the leader of CP5 he attempted to retrieve the blueprints of the weapon Pluton from the shipwright Tom. When Tom refused, Spandam framed him by using Franky's battleships on a judiciary ship, making it seem like Tom and his apprentices Franky and Iceburg were the culprits. In the end though, Spandam was outsmarted, as Tom safely hid the plans away, and only got a very scarred face for his trouble. As the leader of CP9, he ordered the capture of Franky and Nico Robin, and had them taken to Enies Lobby to finish what he started years ago.

Spandem is only mentioned to be the director of the CP9. He is also mentioned to be the weakest of the CP9 and is director in title only. Rob Lucci is proclaimed to be the strongest of the CP9 and a lot of discussion has taken place over who is the true Leader of CP9. Nice Try, But I believe I will keep my card just the way it is.
