as far as Religion is concerned, it is a sin and is completely wrong no matter what and is not to be done.

Now in general, I say the drinking age should be raised to like at least 25 or 30 BUT!, It should be open to TRY (not to do constantly) at the age of maybe 16 at minimum but under super vision so as to not drink themselves to death.

No,it isn't.If you have max 5 per day then at 80 there will be minimum effects,but going with 2 boxes a day will kill you,aldo I see older people(above 60) smoke everyday and still have good health.

So it's impossible for drinking to have been a sin at the time. THe sin is excess, and that's certainly not something that can only be applied to drinking.
