There should be a Psychic Commander in there somewhere so that if you need to you can tele out for Dark Strike on survivor.

 

That's what Gale's for

 

Gale can't be Special Summoned with Teleport and your deck only runs one gale anyway.

 

Not being a target for E-Tele is less important than having a game breaking effect.

I like it, but 8 seems too much... I'll do -1 Mobius +1 DD scout plane? (I know a lot of people say 3 is too much, but it's a personal preferance.
