It's pretty good' date=' and very OP'ed, but considering you have to get out Level 5, level him up to Level 7, and then tribute twice to get him out, it's justified. Epic pic, too. 8/10.

Well, actually, it's easier than that..

Lv 5 brings out lv 7, have lv 10 in ur hand, tribute lv 7 during your next turn, and right after you play lv 10, you can play lv 12...

You should make it so it cannot be targeted by card effects or just take out the discard effect completely. That would definitely give it more playability. The pic is amazing may I ask where you got it?

 

For now I'll give you a 6/10 but, if you make it more playable I will give you a higher rating.

Well sure, but what are the odds of having 7 on the field out, and having both 10 and 12 in your hand at any given time? Especially since running three copies of each would slow the hell out of a deck. You could always just say his effect can't be negated. That'll be an effect worthy of the effort it took to summon him, hopefully. And if someone turns it into a top-tier deck...well, it'd be interesting to see that vs. Tele-DAD.

well first of all effect sucks fro a level 12 and second you did the effect wrong when it comes to level monsters. im not really familiar with the EXACT lv ocg since i dont really make them but look this up on yugioh wikia as well but here it goes

 

This card cananot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Armed Dragon LV 10."

 

 

and then go on and say once per turn during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 LV monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard(ignoring the Summoning conditions). The Summoned card is dstroyed at the End Phase of the turn it was Summoned. If this effect is activated you must pay 500 Life Points. If you cannot, destroy this card as well as any other monsters Summoned by its effect.
