This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having exactly 3 LIGHT monsters that are removed from play. You can remove from play 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to select and destroy 1 card from your opponent's hand or select and remove from play 1 card from your opponents Graveyard. OCG: Perfect, but used from the Dark Armed Dragon.Effect: Same effect as "Dark Armed Dragon", no change except the replacement of DARK to LIGHT.Name and Image: The image hurted my eyes, but doesn't fit really with "Heaven", more like "Flashy" than it.
