Grim leans against a tree, staring at the sky.

[Silent Detective]

"You can make some," Jace says while standing up. "I'm going for a walk. Alone." Then Jace walks into the woods.

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim, to Valon: so how long have you known each other?

[JesseTheCowboy]

"about 11 years, maybe I should follow"

(He follows Jace)

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: she said she wanted to be alone.

[JesseTheCowboy]

(Valon turns around)

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: don't worry, I can still hear her.

[JesseTheCowboy]

"Okay, but that's my job. You know, to watch out for Jace and all"

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: so, that doesn't mean I can't look out for fer as well.

[JesseTheCowboy]

"But don't you get it, I like her, duh"

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: I know. you think I'm that stupid?

[JesseTheCowboy]

"Wait, you like her too, right?"

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: yes, she reminds me of someone, though I'm not sure who. Maybe it was a past life or an alternate dimension.

[JesseTheCowboy]

"I've known her longer though"

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: true, but we'll see.

[JesseTheCowboy]

"Is that a challenge?"

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: no, because you won before I could even try. I can tell she likes you, so I won't even try. the date thing was just a joke.

[JesseTheCowboy]

"Ok"

[Silent Detective]

Somewhere else.....

 

When she was deep in the woods, she sat down on the forest floor and stared at the stars. She smiled then twisted her arm over to reveal a rune like scar. "You'll always remember me," A voice said in her head. Jace cursed then closed her eyes.

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: but, if I get a chance I will try to take her from you.

[JesseTheCowboy]

"Whatever"

[Silent Detective]

The sun came up and Jace came back around dawn.

 

"Valon, what's your estimate of how long it will take to get there?" Jace asks.

[JesseTheCowboy]

"Two more days"

[Grim the Wanderer]

Grim: two days, huh? well it could be worse.
