Good pic, it's effect is okay, I give it a 7.5/10. Perhaps make the effect a little more interesting. Something to do with decreasing the card's attack to do something. The angel itself would probably be better off not being holo'd, just the background. OCG: This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by a the effect of an Effect Monster. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the combined Levels of all monsters on the field (except this card) x 400. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of this card's ATK. Circulation's unrealistic. Use LIMITED EDITION or leave it blank.
