Nice job. Especially like the Rainbow Dragon. 10/10

lol' date=' I had to keep his effect close to Rainbow Dragon's XD.

LOL @ Toontrancer

Seriously, though, that effect works wonders for Toons. 9.5/10.

Indeed it does, Cause the Psychics and Toons have one thing in common:

The Psychics make you pay Life Points to use their effects,

And Toons make you pay Life Points to attack and activate Toon World XD.

Edit: Added 3 More Toons XD.

Umm.... Okay, I think that I see a big problem with these cards, but then again, that might have been your intention.

First of all, all your toon monsters states that they cannot be normal summoned or set, and that they can only be special summoned when toon world is on the field. You didn't write however, that they can be special summoned from the hand, but that tributes were needed for monsters above level 4.

THis is something all the original toons had, but I'm not so sure about how that would fit these cards, as that would make them a bit overpowered, if they had no restriction to come out, except for having toon world, but unless you add that clause, then they almost can't come out at all.

As for the monsters effects, I think that you make them a little bit too good after making them better. First is Ruin. with the current wording, she can attack all your opponent's monsters, and then strike him/her directly, or just attack directly, and then go and pick at their monsters. The original Ruin had her effect that she had to be able to destoy all opponetn's monsters before being allowed to attack directly.

As for Armegeddon, you halved his cost, and I think that 1000 Lifepoints for a complete safe fieldwipe (you are left with a monster and toonworld) is a bit to cheap, especially since the monster isn't a ritual monster anymore, but a simple 2 tribute monster. And for a simple 2 tribute monster, that effect is a bit too good, I think.

And Toon eraser... again, turning him from a: "you must tribute 3 monsters to special summon this card" into a regular 2 tribute monster, and giving him the ability to attack directly made him too good. The original eraser had to go through every of your opponent's monsters before being able to strike at your opponent, which wouldn't have that many cards left, but this eraser can bypass your opponent's 2-3 monsters (if they swarm / stall) and some spell/traps and attack directly for 2000-5000 or so damage. That is a bit too good, I'd say.

As for the trap card, THat's all, Folks! I think you should add a cost to it. Again, when toon world is destroyed, this gives you a new toon world, and 3 free special summons of whatever 3 toon monsters you have managed to discard / sent to the graveyard / destroy. Your opponent's biggest hope to win against toon monsters is by destroying their toon world, and this card replaces the card they just destroyed, and gives you a bunch of powerful monsters at the same time.

So perhaps you could either add a cost (2000 Lifepoints or something) or change the effect to only bring back the monsters that was destroyed when Toon world got destroyed.

WEll, but other than that, I think you did an awesome job at these cards, and that you did a really good job at finding pictures that fitted the cards. So great job there =D And again, I realize that I might have sounded harsh, or a bit prudent, but that's honestly what I think of these cards.

lol, Ya make a good point, but the original Ruin can't attack all your opponents monsters, On each Yu-Gi-Oh! game I've played, she could only attack twice, so this one can only attack twice XD,

Good point about Demise, eh, I'll boost the payment back to 2000,

And I'll switch Eraser back to 3 Tributes,

And although it doesn't say it, the Tributes are still required for the Toons level 5 and higher, as it wouldn't be right if they didn't need tributes XD, I'll fix them up later as I'm going somewhere in a few minutes...

Make more Traps Or spells For now 9/10

lol' date=' True I should make some more, I'll make some more if I can find good images for them.

Here is a Gyft for your Toony Epicness ( U R a Toon Master. )

Well, my bad then. I thought Ruin had teh effect: When this card destroys your opponent's monster, it can attack again once in a row.

Yeah, Higher level toons must say that tributes are still needed for toons level 5 or above, or else they are free special summoning =P

Well, thanks for listening to my rant ^^;
