This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 face-up Attack Position monster with 0 ATK and 1 face-up Defense Position monster with 0 DEF. When this card is Special Summoned, this way place 3 Rest Counters on this card. As long as this card remains in face-up on the field neither player can play cards, conduct their Battle Phase or activate a card effect (exept for this card). During each of your End Phases remove 1 Rest Counter from this card, remove this card from play when there are no Rest Counters on this card.
