And no, it's not because it's so powerful, it's because we humans abuse the power. Basically, if a country fires a rocket at another country[b'] (eg. USA to Russia)[/b], then the whole world would fire one to USA saying 'STOP IT YOU MORON'. Really, nukes are just for self defense, so you can't really use it.
