Meaning of the pic.Decrechia was once a king with great power, but his greediness and his pride blind him. It cause his fall from his throne and walk the road of shame with thiefs and assassins. When he died, his spirit turned into a big monster with a crown made out of cheap wood, looking a lot with the hat of a jester. A stoled red curtain from a noble made his cape, matching his wide smile. DECRECHIALORE:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. If you draw 3 or more Spell or Trap Cards in a turn, Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Points.
