It's where you put specifications on what you want. Here's something from the dictionary;

Martial is right. Fill out the order form if you want a sig, because that's the rules. He definetly isn't a noob, but if you wanna talk about making a fool out of yourself, you just did by not reading the rules. I really don't care if it's your first time in a shop. I still filled out the form for my first time in a shop. You'll need to give me a render and a lot of other things. Now, if you still want a sig, fill out the order form in the first post. (And learn how to spell. Also, what's butt hurt?)
