This card can only be Ritual Summoned by activating " " and tributing monsters whose levels equal 8 or more. When you have 1000 Life Points, you can tribute this card to inflict 2000 points of damage to your opponents Life Points. I think its underpowered and you need to make a ritual spell card for it.
