I've probably got Swine Flu...

Brushfire

... And I probably deserve it after not taking it seriously when it was first announced.

My mum was confirmed to have it this morning after she felt bad the last couple of days, and then I felt like I had the flu this morning, so there's a high chance that I've also got it.

The only people killed by Swine Flu in America were a baby with no immune system, an old man who was on his way out, and a guy who didn't know he had it and didn't treat it. It's not dangerous if you treat it.

You live in Great Britain, I see, and your country definitely has the capability to provide treatment, so you should be just fine. Just get it treated and you're all good.

Lol I didn't take it seriously either' date=' and I [i']still[/i] don't take it seriously.

Does that mean I'm gonna get it too?

Cause I'd love to get off work for a couple of days.

I'd love to get off school for a couple of days. But my mom will be annoying and be protective, and I still don't do crap about it. Surprised I haven't gotten anything yet except for 1 or 2 colds that's it. =/

17/18 people in Britain died of it.Most were old or has underlying health problems.A 6 year old died and there was nothing wrong with her.Anyway, I feel sorry for you.A girl at my school has asthma and she hasn't had any cold or anything for a while.

People with pneumonia or bad chests can get hit harder than regular people.[/align]

Asthma can be passed on from family members, and/or can be received from environmental states.

Well, it's plain to see that you are in a bit of a pickle. Get it treated to the best of your abilities, for both you and your mom, and hope and hope. Don't worry, and don't stress.

Negativity is bad.

Positivity is good.

Which sounds better? Positivity always helps people with emotional problems, and by taking care of emotional problems, you can find solutions to others.
