If not then yes its OP and you should make it 3 instead of 2 and yes decrease your attak by 400. The ATK has been lowered. and you would still take the damage if any. and Lastly I agree 100% with you about the OCG just don't know how to go about it. plz if anyone can fix that, I would be most grateful.
