Once per turn, you can pay 600 Life Points to select 1 monster on the field and half its ATK until the End Phase of your opponent's turn. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 300 Life Points to Special Summon 1 DARK monster with 1200 or less ATK from your Deck. (Grading)OCG - 1.5/2Picture - 1/2Usefulness - 1/2Balance - 2/2 Total - 5.5/8Grade - B (Review) Your OCG had a couple errors. Nothing to bad. Another Father Wolf picture.....Overused would be an understatement. This card is only useful as an LOLATK reducer. The 800 Life Point payment for a monster that Sangan can get for free is pointless. The above is why this card is balanced. ATK decrease isn't as useful as most people think (Unless you're using Gale...) and the 800 LP payment for a monster with 1000 or less ATK is both balanced and not worth it.
