This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK.

The 1 LIGHT monster effect really brings it down, the rest is fine though

I'd suggest changing the effect to this: If there are no spell or trap cards on the field, discard one card from your hand. This card cannot be Selected as an Attack Target. This card can attack your opponet's Life Points directly by halving its ATK points until the End Phase. If this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage equal to the halved amount of the destroyed monster's DEF. For now 8.5/10
