The effect isn't useful at all, but at least you used a good picture. :D 3/10.

 

OCG Correction: As long as this card remains in face-up Defense Position on your side of the field, decrease the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100 during your Standby Phase.

 

Maiden of Strawberries

The effect is pretty good, but I'd recommend making it a Level 4 or 5 monster and changing the ATK/DEF accordingly. I'd also suggest a different picture. 6/10.

 

OCG Correction: Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard to gain 1000 Life Points.

 

FREAK OUT

This card has potential, but I recommend a new image and fixing the capitalization in the name so it reads "Freak Out" instead of "FREAK OUT." 7.5/10.

 

OCG Correction: Whenever your opponent declares an attack on a monster you control, you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the attack and switch the attacking monster to Defense Position.
