This card can only be activated by removing all face-up monsters on your side of the field from play. If you do, After activation, you can Special Summon 1 "Disaster Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your side of the field. While this Token remains face-up on your side of the field, once per turn, you can shift the control of this face-up Token to your opponent. If you do, you can place 1 Disaster Counter on this card (max. 1). You can remove 1 Disaster Counter from this card to destroy 1 face-up "Disaster Token" on the field. As long as this Token remains face-up on the field, during your Main Phase 1, you can check all monsters your opponent controls, your opponent's hand, and all cards they draw, and destroy all monsters with 1900 or more ATK.
