Eury
My 14th card. If it is OP'd please tell me.
ragnarok1945
That's merely a monster card version of Riryoku anyway, hardly impressive 6/
koramore
Need more original effect maybe your own and yes op'd at least a cost for the effect with work could be good. :}
Justice Knight
I'm confused, do you actually subtract half of your opponent's LP, or do you just find half of their LP and add it to the ATK of the card? If it's the first one, it's extremely overpowered since you can halve your opponent's LP just like that with no drawback. If it's the second one, you should be able to use it every X turns but not be able to attack directly with the card. Something like that. :) I hope that helps. Eury
Here's a fixed version of the card.
ragnarok1945
it's still no better than before and my rating remains 6/10 on this.
Justice Knight
Better, but it's still a one-trick pony - it's sort of powerless after you use its effect. I give it a 7.5/10.
Rideouter
Nice start i give it 7.5/10. But this can help with the OCG:"Once per duel you can halve the ATK of 1 one your opponent's monster and add the same amount to this monster." Or something like that. Sweet Lightning
Huh. This is an OK card, but do you actually subtract the Life Points from your opponents LP, or do you just gain ATK equal to half your opponents LP? It's Okay, I guess. Nice. 6.5/
Lord Smeagle
OCG should be: Once per duel, you can have this card gain ATK and DEF points equal to half your opponent's current Life Points. This card cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly.
Eury
You subtract from their Life Points.
Rideouter
Wow that is kind of overpowered.

♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Still some OCG errors but im to tired to point all out. The pic is overused but it fits the card :3 and I love Riryoku and your cards ^^. effect is good. maybe lower the attack though or put that the effect lasts 1 turn because depending on the amount of lifepoint you play with if you havent tounched you opponent's LP because you wanted to use this effect, and you were playing with 8000 then this cards attack would be 6000 and that would cause OPness overall ^^: 7/
