Choke Posted July 17, 2009 Report Share Posted July 17, 2009 I'm a little confused by the first effect. If it's 4 stars, well what difference does it make if it's Special Summoned or not? Like is there a consequence or an advantage if you Special Summon rather than Normal Summon? Since is doesn't say "it cannot be Normal Summoned or Set" or "If this effect is used . . .". Like, if you need an extra monster, you can Special Summon him, and if you don't have any Spell or Trap cards in your hand, you can just Normal Summon him.
