Here's my correction: This card can be Special Summoned from your Deck by removing from play 2 WATER monsters you control. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your Graveyard. If you activate this effect, you may not declare an attack with this card this turn. Choke Posted July 17, 2009 Report Share Posted July 17, 2009 I guess it's pretty good. The pic isn't very amusing though, seems squished and zoomed out. Following up on Justice's OCG Fix, never use "may", use "can". Also, always capitalize all letters if you type out an Attribute, (ex. WATER, FIRE, WIND, EARTH).
