Debu Hime with Mark of the Rose tech

The conventional build usually only runs 1 Mark of the Rose if any, and since stealing monsters to your own advantage is just fun as anybody's business, I made this. I've tested it a fair bit and it runs brilliantly.

Monsters: 18

3 Debris Dragon

3 Lonefire Blossom

2 Caius the Shadow Monarch

2 Tytannial, Princess of Cameillias

2 Cyber Valley

1 Mystic Tomato

1 Plaguespreader Zombie

1 Treeborn Frog

1 Dandylion

1 Sangan

1 Nettles

Spells: 13

3 Mark of the Rose

2 Foolish Burial

1 Enemy Controller

1 Pot of Avarice

1 Miracle Fertilizer

1 Lightning Vortex

1 Monster Reborn

1 Brain Control

1 Heavy Storm

1 Scapegoat

Traps: 9

3 Solemn Judgment

2 Phoenix Wind Wing Blast

2 Threatening Roar

1 Torrential Tribute

1 Mirror Force

Extra: 15

2 Stardust Dragon

1 Red Dragon Archfiend

1 Colossal Fighter

1 Thought Ruler Archfiend

3 Black Rose Dragon

2 Dark Strike Fighter

1 Goyo Guardian

1 Gaia Knight

1 Iron Chain Dragon

1 Magical Android

1 Armory Arm

Individual card choice explanations on request.

I was testing my own Debu-Hime on WC09. I revived Cat with Debris, sent away Cat, and nothing happened.

Debris states that it negates the monster's effect. Note it does not say "while it is face-up on the field." Therefore, does that make the idea of Debu-Hime worthless, or is there a glitch in the game?

For the deck, I dislike Caius, especially since you're running Tytannial as well. It might not be a bad idea to set up a Counter Trap lineup, add a third Tyt, and main Vandys and Trade-Ins.

Caius is amazing with Mark of the Rose, not to mention the constant tokens being spawned by Dandylion. Also, Dandylion works in the graveyard and therefore does work with Debris Dragon... I'm sure somebody would have pointed that out that it didn't work before this deck type became so famous otherwise.

Thats pretty much my build, and I would think its a glitch seeing as Lonefire still gets its effect after you tribute it.

As for the deck I'm 50/50 on the Caius. I get the point of him, but the Plants you're running you wont really want to remove from the game, how about Adding in B-Lion, Removing him from play wont really hurt you as much as removing a Lonefire/Tytannial/Dandy.

Well, that's the main reason I'm only running 1 copy of Pot of Avarice. I can afford to lose 1 or 2 Lonefires most of the time as long as I keep 1 in there. Nettles and Tomato are also good fodder for Mark of the Rose too, but thanks for the suggestion. Caius did work really well in the playtest, just saying.
