This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having 4 or more Level 5 or 6 monsters with different names, Attributes, and Types, in your Graveyard. Select 1 Effect Monster whose effect(s) only activates when that monster is Normal Summoned, in your Graveyard. Activate that monsters effect(s) as though it was just Normal Summoned. Plus you could just tribute this card to summon another Monarch you have up your sleeve.. :D I like it. It's summon requirement almost makes it underpowered, but I like it. [9/10] oh, I'd also like to call a favor. If you could find the time to review my thread (Command Reverse) that would be awesome.
