yes i know there is no background (wish i had photoshop so i can put an awesome background for this card -.-)

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Last Destruction- Decimation". When this card is Special Summoned destory all cards on the field expect this card. This card can attack all monsters on your opponents side of the field.

 

(would also make the colors look better suited for what its for if i had photoshop xD and photobucket's options will not cut it)
