Since I make unique effects, I decided to make a card that is related to effects. Tell me if its OP or UP or Balanced. My member card:This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters you control. Only 1 "Tyler EX" can be face-up on the field at the same time. By removing from play 3 monsters from your Graveyard, you can select 1 card on the field or in either players hand, Deck or Graveyard. This card gains the selected card's effect until the End Phase. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards. When this card is destroyed, it is removed from play. When this card is removed from play, this card cannot return to the Duel. RATE? ragnarok1945 Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 not sure about naming the card after yourself, but whatever pic looks neat. 3 monsters removed from play's effect is ok, though I fell tributing 4 monsters for merely 2700 atk isn't enough.
