(if you cant makea fusion. make it work with other neo spacins)

4. tuners can be made but they must exulsevely work with neos or the neo spacions

5. syncros same rules as 4

6. spells and traps are welcome as long as they work with the neo spacians

7. i need juges they canot participate (ask and i will type your name on the list below)

I think your third rule isn't good. It's nearly impossible for non-artists to get a worthy image of a neos fusion with another random monster which you created.
