Delta Guardian
Meh u guys r prolly like ooh wow just like any other Toon Monster, except i decided to give it a extra effect if you will. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if "Toon World" is on the field. This card cannot attack in the same turn that it is summoned. Pay 500 Life Points each time this monster attacks. When "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon monster on the field, this card may inflict Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. Pay 1000 Life Points and this card may attack your opponent's Life Points directly even if there is a Toon monster on your opponent's side of the field. .Leo
kool. a OPed Toon Monster. don't make it OPed. 2900 and it can ATK directly even if your opponent controls a Toon monster. PLZ don't do that unless its attack is lower. kinda easy to Summon for such an OPed effect 5/10 (my rate goes up when the OPed element goes away)

Delta Guardian
And there you go less OP'd, and don't try to tell me its still OP'd >.> 1000 Life Points to atk even with another toon monster on your opponents side of the field. Plus the 1000 points each turn for Toon World will drain your life points fast, and when u add it the 1st effect of paying 500 each time its attacks that basically makes it 1500 to attack while your opponent has another Toon Monster on the field. >.>

Delta Guardian
ahh yes its fixed the "Fiend / Toon / Effect" part you see when i made this card on here a couple years ago "Toon" wasn't a option they only had "Normal" and "Effect" and "Divine" options for the 2nd card type.
