Also i think the ocg might be off a bit so if you could help with that that would be great.Edit: I changed the lore a bit but i still can't find a better pic. Once per turn, if your opponent controls a monster with 1500 ATK or less, you can decrease the ATK of that monster by half and increase this card's ATK by the same amount. I'm not sure on the OCG of the Riryoku effect because I haven't seen it in a while. But I think I'm right. xPI changed the order of the effects because continuous effects are always listed before ignition effects. I like the card, but not the pic.
