This monster can only be special summoned by "Toon World" or "Demon World". You can do one of these following effects once per turn:1: if "Demon World" is on the field you can attack directly.2: if "Toon World" is on the field double this monster's attack until your end phase. Maybe, like it gives them their effects, or something? and the effect isn't a cookie cutter clone, all tw says is activate by payin 1000 LP. although takin it straight to ultra/ultimate rare is sorta op, there is no such thing as an ultra/ultimate rare tw (unless it's holo and u can't make those on here)although why can it be used with reg.
