Ok, so I decided to try my hand at a switch deck (BW->Syncat) but I saw an inovative BW deck and thought it would work better. I stole the BW deck list, but I only did so that I could focus on the side deck. Here is the link to the original deck for strategy.

I need suggestions for what to side so that I can change the deck to a syncat and what to put in the side deck.
