Mehmani
What to do think of it? Is relaxation stuff, hypnosis and intensive thinking therapy a pile of old crap? Or is it real, but not useful or powerful enough to justify any good use of it? Or is it powerful, real and useable in modern day healthcare and society? Opinion time. Mehmani
It's not that simple. Some of my extended family members that live in Melbourne, Austrailia are psycho/hypnotherapists and it's supposed to take a couple of years of training. Kinda like an apprenticeship, an experienced therapist tkaes you under his wing and explains the tricks of the trade to you. Though, I've been told there are medical school-style courses that take years.

Dark
I am highly skeptical any form of hypnotism works. For example, I doubt anyone in the world can put me into a deep sleep, and I would wake up having a distinct hate for chocolate.

Most people have no idea how most forms of hypnotherapy work. They're supposed to relax you, not force you into doing something against your will. So you are right in a way.
