The monster must have more 1500 points and less than 2500 points for ATK and DEF and must be an effect card. I will judge all cards. This is Mortal Kombat see how Kombat is spelled with a K everything on the games is spelled with a K instead of C like Kontent, Krypt , and a bunch of other things.
