Zauls Posted July 21, 2009 Report Share Posted July 21, 2009 Here they are, please rate and comment:When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, select and activate 1 of te following effects:-Add 1 monster with 1500 or less ATK from your deck to you hand.-Special Summon 1 WATER monster with 1700 or less ATK from your Graveyard.When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, select and activate 1 of the following effects:-Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of 1 face-up Level 4 or below monster on the field.-Inflict 900 points of damage to your opponent.When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, select and activate 1 of the following effects:-Special Summon 1 Beast-Type monster from your Graveyard. The Special Summoned monster's ATK is reduced by 700.-Special Summon 1 Beast-Type monster with 1500 or less ATK from your hand. A monster Special Summoned with this effect gains 300 ATK.When this card is Tribute Summoned succeessfully, select and activate 1 of the following effects:-Increase your Life Points by 300 points for each LIGHT monster on the field.-Increase your Life Points by 900.When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, select and activate 1 of the following effects:-Discard 1 card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.-Tribute 1 monster you control to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, select and activate 1 of the following effects:-Tribute 1 DARK monster you control to inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the tributed monster.-Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Ninpo Posted July 21, 2009 Report Share Posted July 21, 2009 The pics are nice, some of them are over used such as the Ligh Monarch pic.The effects seem balanced enough.I didnt notice any OCG errors, but I dont have the eye for that thing. My only complaint is that traditionally the Monarches are Warrior types, normally Humanoids clad in bulcky armor or even Golems of some description.
