This card can only be Summoned by sending 1 "Power Tool Dragon" and removing from play 2 "Batteryman AA". You can remove from play 1 Machine type monster from your hand to decrease the ATK of 1 of your opponent's monster by 500. You can Equip 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand to this card.
