The OCG there are a few errors but it is good for a new member (Water is an attribute not a type). The pic is fairly average, not brill. The effect is too simple. Here is an OCG edit:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 WATER monsters you control from play. While this card is face-up on the field, all other WATER monsters on the field gain 200 ATK and DEF. Overall 5/10, good try but could be better.
