Also part of a contest to make a level 9 monster which i won. No comments on the name, it sounded good. [spoiler=Annoying Dragon Monster Card] [spoiler=Effect of Monster Card]During the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or Set, this card cannot declare attacks. During each of your End Phases, your opponent must select 1 card from their Graveyard and place it on top of your Deck. During each of your Draw Phases, if you draw a Monster Card, this card gains ATK equal to half the ATK of the Monster Card you drew untill the End Phase. If the card you drew was a Spell or Trap Card, decrease the ATK of this card by 500 untill the End Phase. When this card is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard by the effect of a Monster Card, you can send this card to your opponents Graveyard. Secondly, untill and opponents i must have forgotten, and Monster is capitilised when saying "Monster Card".
