This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 5 Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play. During each of your Stanby Phases, you can pay 500 Life Points. Make it less to make it less OP'd.I like the picture, although it's overused. In future, try to refrain from making dragons, as most dragon pictures are extremely overused in general.
