Once per turn, this monster can destroy every trap, spell and monster card on the field. This card cannot be destroyed in battle. This card cannot be affected by traps, spells or special effects. Discard 2 monsters on your side of the field, to win the duel instantly."

 

THREE Level TEN mosnters are required to summon this. Plus his destroy all monster effect can only happen in your turn. And, his effect destroys your monsters as well, however, you can choose not to effect it. A good 5000 ATK or more can beat this card and win the duel.

You should just say it can destroy every other card on the field, and it's not affected by card effects

As i said, it cannot be destroyed in battle. The instantly win is not likely to happen anyway, since its effect destroys all monsters on the field.

And it's supposed to be DESTROY 2 monsters on the field, you can't discard them from the field

No point putting "Once per turn," as it destroys itself after the effect. And I lol'd at special effects. Bad OCG and Grammar too. The instant win effect is easy to activate (summon then monster reborn Blackwing Special Summon another to win /badexample). Furthermore Divine cards are not allowed in this section. I could go on for hours.
