Now, everyday I will make a Special Card, this means that the peoples that gives the better comment on it will earn 1 + rep and can use the picture if want :D. So here is the card!!! Doctor Time -Card Effect- When a monster is Summoned, place 1 Time Counter on this card (max. 5). By removing 3 Time Counters from this card, you can skip your opponent's next Draw or Battle Phase. Bengal Posted July 24, 2009 Report Share Posted July 24, 2009 "you skip your opponent's...." = "your opponent skips his/her..." ^Even if you decide to skip his/her Phases, he/she can still proceed through them, which is no advantage to you.^ Good card, I like the image, the OCG is decent, and the effect seems fairly balanced but could be a tad overpowered. Also does the summon of that card count for a counter if so then it could be OP. So skipping your opponent's next turn that would be devastating, but this is a interesting card. Thomas Wolf Posted July 24, 2009 Report Share Posted July 24, 2009 I'd make his effect say Normal Summoned. I run a Six Samurai deck and could put four counters on him in one turn easy. Double Summon for 2, Special Grandmaster, Special Shien.
