But with the new rule in effect, you need to provide a disclaimer that you do not own the art, and credit to each artist as well as links to their website/host-site. The best thing to do if you wanna make good cards is to first look at cards that have already been made. yugioh.wikia.com is the perfect place to go for that. The database there has every card ever created, even stuff that hasn't been made yet. Look at stuff that is there and this will give you a base for how to make cards and write effects properly.
