Woman head, drawn by me...

Ok since your a fellow artist of the pencil I can give you some advice here, (Art school helps :P)

-On your shadowing of the lips, the bit on the edge of the right should be shorter then on the left because it takes from the lighting of the face.

-Her left nostril is a bit deformed and with the center of the nose it makes it seem a lot bigger then it should be. Fix the nostril and make the middle end a bit sooner for a smaller nose.

-Her Right eye looks off since your made the eye detail for the left much much bigger, even if your trying to make it seem like her right is closer up you should still make the detail a tinnnnny bit thicker and tone down her lower eye lashes on the right eye so it will make the left side of her face more pronoun.

-The top of the hair is actually fine, but for edges of hair either go with jagged or a bit rounded tips instead of a mix of the two for a more... natural feel to it, also fix some of the shading at the point where the hair meets the top left of her skull to make it seem more attached. (Or if thats the head im thinking of with the lightly shaded gray instead of fragments of hair darken that a smidge.)

-Add a neck, it just looks weird to have hair coming down from the middle of the head

Just some helpful advice from a art student to a young artist :P
