The owner of this card must remove from play 1 card from his/her Hand each Main Phase, when this card is destroyed by battle you must discard your Hand and the top card from your Deck, you can choose 1 card and put it in your Hand in your next Main Phase. TCG Artwork, you can tell by the Detail and plus you have not Given Image credit so its going to be locked unless you do it Quick.As for the Effect, Dont Put a Comma Inbetween: "This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set" and "this card can only be Normal Summoned or Set on your opponent's side of the field", Full top then New Sentance but Otherwise a Good effect for a LV2 Member.
