FreeRunner Posted July 25, 2009 Report Share Posted July 25, 2009 It should say:All face-up "Neo-Spacian" monsters you control gain 200 ATK. If there is a face-up "Elemental Hero Neos" on your side of the field, once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster from your hand. That monster cannot be sent to the Graveyard for the Fusion Summon of any monster until the beginning of your next turn. Reasons Why:You need to say there name: "Neo-Spacian" and then monster, not "Neo-Spacians" (there not called that). You need to say that the monster is on your side of thei field, or else it's too good. Always put spaces. And, it's not called a "contact fusion" (they just say that). It is always either Fusion Summon or Synchro Summon. Hope this helped your logic. I am a very experienced player using Six Sam's and commenting on strategies and what not.
