assanaut Posted July 25, 2009 Report Share Posted July 25, 2009 An addition to the famed Monarchs ("Kuraz", "Caius", "Raiza", etc). This is the amalgamation of all 7 (yup, that's right, 7!) Monarch cards that burns through Life Points and Self Destructs, but is an awesome engine of raw power and a good effect. This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 of each card from your Graveyard: "Kuraz the Light Monarch", "Zaborg the Thunder Monarch", "Caius the Shadow Monarch", Raiza the Storm Monarch", Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch", Mobius the Frost Monarch", and "Granmarg the Rock Monarch". This card cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap Cards. Once per turn, you can send 2 cards: 1 card from your opponent's hand and 1 card on your opponent's side of the Field and send them to the Graveyard, without applying their effects. For every 1 of your turn(s) that this card remains on your side of the Field, you must pay 3000 Life Points. If you cannot, this card is removed from play. When this card is destroyed by its own effect, Special Summon 2 monsters that were removed from play by this effect. Their effects are negated. More Monarch supports are on the way!
