NOTE: The card name has be custimised so it looks better. No background "all cards that are removed form play to your deck." you mean also your opponent's? When your opponent activates a Monsters effect, tribute this card to stop its effect. or When your opponent activates a Monsters effect, send this face-up card from your side of the field to the Graveyard to negate its effect.
