1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. During the turn this card was Synchro Summoned, you can draw 1 card, if you do, you cannot draw a card during your next Draw Phase. By discarding 1 card from the top of your Deck, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your Graveyard.

Every time you draw a Psychic-Type Monster, you can send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon it from your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by its own effect, you can draw 1 card. If the card you drew was a Spell or Trap Card, you can discard it from your hand to add 1 card from your Graveyard to your hand. If you add a card to your hand this turn, you lose 1000 Life Points OR your opponent gains 1000 Life Points.[/align]

FC's card was way too complicagted.

LiAM's card was a nice support to the synchron/warriors.

Hard to choose, so I'm going to do a full rating for each:

LiAM

Name: Not that much. Speed Mech - Blue just doesn't feel good, and it feels like it's from an archetype. (is it?) 7/10. At least it's not Yellow Eyes Blue Dragon. :D

Pic: Like the holo, and really goes with the name. But it could look a bit better. 8/10.

OCG: Like music to my ears. 10/10.

Usability: First of all, I like the more balanced Reckless Greed effect. Also, making it a Synchro AND a tuner, and being able to summon a Level 2'er from your grave really works, you may just summon the non-Tuner you used to summon it and use it again for a stronger monster. 10/10.

Creativity: I loved the Synchro/Tuner thing. Although the effect is a Junk Synchron + Reckless Greed, which is not that creative. 7/10.

TOTAL: 42/50

FC-Frostflakes

Name: Loved the name. Just loved it. 10/10.

Pic: The pic looks more like a magician, than a psychic. And most psychic monsters look very robotic, but this one isn't. But the epicness of the art gives you plus points. 8/10.

OCG: "Each" instead of "Every", as much as I remember it. 9/10.

Usability: I don't see much use in this card, as the effect is very complicated, and just bores the people that reads it. So, to make a combo, you must have 2 of these cards, one on the field, one in your hand? And in the end, you have a 1000 point disadvantage? Not as usable as LiAM's. 6/10.

Creativity: There are a lot of cards that draw a card, and do effects according to what you drew, but still, it's good. 8/10.

TOTAL: 41/50

I have to vote for LiAM, but FC, your card is awesome too.

Big mechanical hands on each arm seem robotic to me. But we all have our own opinions. Thanks for the criticism. That card is going in my fan-fic so I want it to be as good as possible.
