Bahamut1
My first cards, hope u will enjoy :D This card is used to ritual summon "Mech-Warrior". You must also offer monsters whose total level stars equal 10 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the ritual Spell Card, "Dawn of New World". You must also offer monsters whose total level stars equal 10 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. ____ On your Main fase I you can search your Extra deck for an Synchro monster, put it in Attack position and reduce its ATK and DEF by 500 points. At the end of 2 turns destroy it. If that monster is destroyed, destroy this card. If this card is destroyed destroy that monster.

dragoncreator12
The pics are fuzzy, and in my opinion I think mech warrior should be an Earth type but it's my opinion.

KdogPrime
no divine beasts. no cards with 4000 ATK or higher. sry. 2/10 No cards with 4000 ATK or higher? Accord to what rules? A level 10 monster SHOULD have over 3000 ATK if it doesn't have an effect. If it's going to be no more powerful than a Black Luster Soldier or BEWD, then's what's the point of having monsters with levels higher than 8? I've said it before and I'll say it again. Fan created cards here, people! We can pretty much do what we want! The picture of the Elite on the card is too blurry, it's hard to make out. If you want to make a Level 10 monster without an effect, then you need to boost it's ATK. Machine Warrior is not a realistic type. Pick either Machine, or Warrior. This card is a work in progress, so I'm not going to rate it now.

You can make them but not post them! Clearly over 9000 ATK/DEF is outside the realm of reason for a realistic card, even for a Level 12. That was not my point. My point was that if you are going to make a monster over Level 8 that has no effect it should have an ATK over 3000, since Level is supposed to be a rough indication of the monster's power. If it doesn't have an effect, then why limit it to only 3000 ATK/DEF? Where's that extra power going? What would be the point of making a Level 9+ effectless monster if it can only hope to match, but never beat a Level 8?

When you said say lv 12 and k 4000 atk points. See that's overpowered if without an effect. You can tribute 2 mokey mokeys to summon a 4000 Atk point beatstick.Oh and dude divines are against the rules.Ovechkin, there are no rules about 4000+ atk that I know of. You can make 'em. But no vanillas.

But no vanillas. I never said anything about vanillas with 4000 ATK, YOU made that assumption. I was talking specifically about EFFECTLESS Level 9+ monsters. There are several fusion monsters that are above Level 8 that have 3000+ ATK/DEF, but don't have effects. The monster level ranks indicate the monster's relative power. If it doesn't have an effect and can't have more than 3000 ATK/DEF, then what's the motivation to summon a Level 9+ monster? What about BEUD and Master of Oz?
