Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Demon" monster. Once per turn, you can discard cards from your hand to have 1 Level 4 or lower monster you control gain ATK equal to each card discarded x 200, if this effect is used, destroy the monster during the End Phase that the turn this effect was used.

I hope the name holo wasn't that bad and please fix this card's OCG if possible.

the lv4 or lower monster probably won't gain more than 800 atk anyway, and the loss of the cards for only 1 turn seems slightly on the UPed end

 

still, the idea is sound, so 8/10

800 ATK is quite a lot, meh. I didn't really bother about the balance because I did the card at around, 3 minutes. The name holo bit took 6 minutes (had some problems, but it turned out fine). 9 minutes it took, and averagely, I take 3 minutes to make a card then post it, most of it being to find a good pic.
