rockies_rock Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 The rules are1. They will be judged by reasonable Level, ATK, DEF, Effect, and decent pic.2. They can be any character, boss, or enemy from SSB, SSBM, and SSBB.3. They will be judged on a scale from 1-5 on the catagories from the first rule 25 being perfect and 5 being the lowest.4. 3rd place will get 5 points, 2nd place will get 10 points, 1st place will get 20 points and will be my buddy.5.
